Conditions of participation

Participation in the competition organised by Volummi, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organiser, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Competition procedure

The competition will run from 09/11/2023, 00:00 to 18/11/2023, 23:59. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.

Participation

To participate in the competition, it is necessary to send a confirmation message. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligible participants

Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Prize, notification, and delivery of the prize

The following prizes will be awarded:

The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries in a random draw from among all participants. If the contest is linked to a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.

The winners of the draw will be notified promptly by email.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected in person, or paid out in cash.

Termination of the competition

The organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.

Data protection

Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal information they have provided is true and correct.

The organiser points out that none of the participant's personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available for use without their consent.

The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details provided in the imprint section of Volummi. After revocation of consent, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Applicable law

Questions or complaints in connection with the competition should be addressed to the operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice section of Störtebekker.

The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability clause

Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
